I didn't suggest changing the Constitution. Maybe we should review all policies of our government. Lillian - This will surprise you, but I think our government is too big and doesn't work very well. Croaker - I actually agree with you.

It works better than any other country's government..... Look after only a little over 200 years, we are the wealthiest and most powerful country in the world. Our poor live better than the upper class do in most countries....80% of homes have microwaves, cell phones, etc.... So, something is working right....yeah, maybe we can make it work better...but, we are all pretty well off.
