As soon as I register my work with the United States Copyright Office, is my work copyrighted?
Immediately, right after I submit my work electronically and pay the $35.00 fee, is my work in their database and considered copyrighted?

Your work is copyrighted in the US from the moment it is saved to a fixed medium, such as paper or your hard drive. The registration of the copyright--the part you pay extra for--offers you additional protection in the highly unlikely event that your work is stolen and sold for profit. If you seek publication, don't copyright the work. Publishers (and literary agents) often demand changes, which would mean the revised work would have to be copyrighted again. Copyrighting the work before sending it out announces a lack of professionalism, a lack of trust, and that you have not done your homework in terms of sending the work only to reputable publishers or agents. Copyright is automatic and international. Copyright.gov is just a way to get your work's copyright ensured in case it's at some risk of being stolen and the risk that you can't prove your authorship.

What does it mean for an actor to be authorized to work in the united states?
Im a child actor, i was born and raised in MA and im confused about actors being authorized to work in the U.S. Am i already authorized to work because of my U.S citizenship or do i have to get a permit to work?

What is the minimum age to work in the United States?
I'm a freshman in High School and I'd like to start working soon. Just wondering how old I need to be to work.

i believe its 15 or 16, u could always do a paper route though at younger than that

I can't speak to the whole country by in my state the working age is 16... the only exception is that you can work as a paperboy/papergirl at 14. So here you could start working at 14 if you're willing to work for the newspapers, but you couldn't officially work any other job until 16.

There's not a minimum age overall. Many states have laws that restrice what types of jobs minors can be hired for, and what hours they are allowed to work, and require work permits below a certain age. Also, many employers have a policy not to hire people under 16 or 18.

Can A US citizen petition a brother who is in the United States working legally
Can A US citizen petition a brother who is in the United States working legally?
If yes, does the brother have to go back to their country while the process of adjustment of status is on going?

Yes, you can. However, the wait for a visa is VERY long. From most countries it's an 11 year wait except for Mexico (14 years) or the Philippines (23 years). Your brother can only wait in the USA as long as he has a valid visa. If his work visa expires he'll have to wait in his own country.

if the brother is here already and has immigration doing proper paper work to keep him here legally he needs to stay in the u.s. 8 yrs ago we started a working permit for a mexican chef that was here illegally and because he went to mexico and came back a month later his paper work was denied and he was at the end of the process he already have a working alien permit and a social security and was at his last meeting for his green card and because he left the country he was denied

I'm writing a paper for school and an't figure out the average number of 16 year olds working in the Untied States currently. Can somebody please help me?

There is really no definitive answer for that questions because statistics aren't precise. More than likely, you will only be able to find a percentage there. Perhaps, you should ask your instructor for an easier assignment with more empirical knowledge.
