How do Non Americans work in the United States? Are they allowed to?
Are Non American citizens in general, allowed to work in the US? If yes, then how do they find work in America? What is the procedure?

The borders with Mexico are open! There's plenty of employers who want to avoid payroll taxes!

People who hold green cards can work wherever they would like 2 unless its a civil service position. You open the paper and look for a job! rather simple!

Yes. They stand in the Home Depot parking lot until someone picks them up to take them to work. It is technically illegal - but don't worry - King BO won't care.

Assuming you are talking about legal ways for non-US citizens to find work in the US. There are several procedures for this: 1) A US company sponsors the non-US citizen based on their skills. This gives them a temporary work visa allowing them to work in the US. 2) Non-US citizen in the US as a visitor can request a work permit from uscis, allowing them to work temporarily 3) Non-US citizen in the US as a student can request a work permit to work < 40 hours per week while being a student. there are other categories too but more details can be found from USCIS website.

I think any country in the world allow non-citizens of that country to work there. So, is the same here, you don't have to be a US Citizen to work here.
