I was wondering if a nurse in Vietnam come over and work in the United Sates without having to take expensive courses? The courses in Vietnam that allows nurses to come over and work in the United States are cut-throat expensive and it doesn't seem worth the money. I wonder if there are other ways?

you will need to pass the state boards where you plan to practice/work. I do not believe that there are any additional courses.
