I am a citizen from Spain, I know I can travel as a tourist and stay for 3 months without one but I'd like to know if that includes the permission to work or not, Thanks a lot.

No, the visa waiver program doesn't allow you to work in the US.

EU citizens need a visa to work in the US. When traveling on the Visa Waiver Program which you mentioned, you absolutely cannot work. It's only for purposes of tourism.

The visitors visa and a work visa are two very different things with the work visa being the hardest to get. You would need to get an employer to apply for you as a sponsor.
